Over the last 20 years we have managed increasingly complex healthcare IT projects in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. This includes a number of multi-site implementations managing all stages of the project including, but not limited to, project planning and budgeting, monitoring and controlling, quality assurance, risk analysis and management, key stakeholder management, and organizational change management.
